Longue Pointe Loggers Vs Neah Bay Whalers
Indiana defeat Brooklyn 4 games to 2. Neah Bay defeat LP 4 games to 1. Both teams advance to the CBA World Series.
The series had its highlites. Game 1 and 2 were tough battles. Game 3 a historical 36-3 blowout by Indy. Below are some shots from that game.

Brooklyn went on to win games 4 and 5. The Brooklyn offense came back on the pitching of Dontrelle and Brad Penny.

Brooklyn Superbas vs Lake County Leopards Brooklyn sweeps 4 games to 0.
Skokie Wolfmen vs Longue Pointe Longue Pointe wins 4 games 3.
Belfast Brawlers vs Neah Bay Whalers Neah Bay wins 4 games to 1.
Ottawa Otters vs Indiana Redbirds Indiana wins 4 games to 3.
John Skillings Neah Bay Whalers have defeated JD Adams Belfast Brawlers in a 4 game sweep. The story was Neah Bay's outstanding pitching in staking the Olympic Peninsula ball clubs bid for their first ever World Series appearance. They must first get past last years CBA champ Longue Pointe, no easy task. Two great pitching teams.
2006 CBA Rd 1 Belfast Brawlers vs Neah Bay Whalers
On Monday Night Oct 16th, 2006, Brooklyn won games 3 and 4 at the House of Pain Monday
night in Brooklyn. Game 3 saw Brooklyn
break open a close game with a Sal Fasano Grand Slam for an 11-3 win for Roy Halladay.
Game 4 was a close one with Lake County overcoming a late Brooklyn lead to take 6-5 lead in
the 9th an a Manny Ramirez 2 run HR. In Brooklyn's 9th, PH Mike Jacobs tied the game with a big HR,
and Todd Helton doubled in Juan Castro for a 7-6 BSP win and NetPlay series sweep over David Deans's
Lake County Leopards.

Indiana and Ottawa faced each other and had an out right war. Indy wins
4games to 3. Indiana advances to face Brooklyn in the Clemente finals.

Longue Pointe has defeated Skokie 4 games to 3 to advance to Staub finals.

Ichiro Suzuki launched a game winning and series ending walk
off HR to win
their round 1 matchup vs Skokie. For Dennis Concepcion's Longue Pointe Loggers it will
be their second trip in a row to the Staub championships. They are looking to repeat
as CBA Champions. The Loggers now advance to Washington State to meet Neah Bay.
