FORMULA #12: PITCHER'S STRIKEOUT
psomK = (( K * 216 ) / ( TBF - IW )) - 16
psomK equals ((pitcher's strikeout times 216 ) divided by (Total Batters Faced minus intentional walks )) - 16

how it works: Strikeouts are proportioned to 216 plate appearances by multiplying by 216 then dividing by the total batters faced (less walks). The result is then subtracted by 16, which is the generic league average. To determine the league, lefty, or, righty average, obtain the league totals statistics (Bill James Red Book), and apply this formula:
AvgK = (( K * 216 ) / ( TBF - IW )
When doing card placement, strikeouts are the highest priority out. Every strikeout should (without removing hits, walks, X-CHARTS) appear on the card.
OTHER PRIORITY OUTS:
gbC = There should be up to 6 gbC chances
flyC = There should be up to 4 flyC chances
gbB = There should be up to 2 gbB chances
flyB = There should be 10 - 15 flyB chances. If there is room, always place 15 (count HR / flyB split chances).
lineouts, popouts, foulouts = fill in the rest of the card.
